Travel Team Fee Payment Schedule

                          Mite/Squirt      $1,000.00    1st Installment due June 15, 2008   $300.00
                                                                       2nd  Installment due July 15, 2008    $350.00
                                                                      3rd  Installment due Aug 31, 2008   $350.00

                          Pee Wee        $1,100.00    1st Installment due June 15, 2008   $300.00
                                                                      2nd  Installment due July 15, 2008    $400.00
                                                                     3rd  Installment due Aug 31, 2008   $400.00

                         Bantam          $1,200.00    1st Installment due June 15, 2008   $300.00
                                                                      2nd  Installment due July 15, 2008    $450.00
                                                                     3rd  Installment due Aug 31, 2008   $450.00

$100 Discount off total fee if paid in full by July 15^th, 2008
Multiple-child travel team discount is 10% off second player,

15% off third player, and 20% off fourth player from the same family.

(discount taken on final payment)

The GYHA travel season starts September 2, 2008.
Practice/conditioning sessions before September 2^nd will require an additional fee
Any players not paid in full by August 31^st will NOT be rostered on a GYHA team.
